It is with the utmost sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our cherished wife, mother, grandmother and sister Juanita Martha Robinson (Biggin) of Daniel’s Harbour, NL at The Palliative Care Unit in Corner Brook on Saturday, October 19, 2024. She was surrounded by her loving family as she drew her last breath after a long and courageous battle with lung cancer while her very special granddaughter, Sophie Simms (Nanny’s Girl), held her hand.

She also leaves behind her special kitty Tasha who provided hours of cuddles and comfort. Juanita was loved by many and also leaves to mourn a large circle of friends and family.

Juanita was a warm & loving woman who had a special connection with nature, animals and children. A beautiful garden, drawings, poetry, knitting, and singing were just some of the artistic endeavors she was well known for and shared freely with family and friends. There’s so much about her that we will miss and forever strive to recreate — especially her home cooked meals and her delicious cakes, cookies, pies, and other treats.
