At the Kemptville District Hospital on Tuesday, March 12, 2024. Joyce Brunet (née Ellison) formerly of Alexandria; age 88 years. Beloved wife of the late Jean Paul Brunet (2009). Loving mother of Leslie (David), Bernie (Sandrine), Athur, late Gary and late Joanne (Max); stepmother of Lucille (Denis) and the late Dianne (Francois). Predeceased by her parents Victor Ellison and Margaret Murray; also, by her siblings Murray (Mary), Donald (Jan) and Ruth Ellison. Joyce is survived by grandsons: Kevin & Jeffrey and great-grandson: Tanyn; also by 5 nieces. Friends and relatives may attend a visitation at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South Alexandria (613-525-2772) on Friday April 26, 2024 from 10 – 10:45 am. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of the Funeral Home on Friday April 26, 2024 at 11 am. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Canadian Lung Association or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
