Obituary of John Lindsey Morash
Morash, John Lindsay- 57 of West Dover born August 1, 1967, passed away peacefully on August 30 2024 at the QEII V.G Site. John battled with his health until he became too ill as he was a fighter. John attended Mount A University, and St. Vincent University, where he took business. He worked many years ago at Campill Hospital in Halifax.
John had many brothers, sisters nieces, and nephews. He had a special spot in his heart for his niece Amy and loved her immensely as if she were a daughter. He spent a lot of time with Amy and her children, Makayla Cameron, Lucas, and Nuelle. He was so proud of the talent Makayka had for drawing and painting. John thought the world of his friendships with others who he was close with and missed his good friend Eugene Young. John was a loving son, brother, uncle, and cousin. John was predeceased by his mother, Helen Muriel Morash; father, Hector Morash; sister, Viola Herritt; brothers, Earl Morash and «Hecky» Hector Morash; great nephew, Aiden Mackenzie.
In keeping with John’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A burial at West Dover Cemetery will be held at a later date.
