Obituary
Kloiber, Joseph
Our much loved father and grandfather passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, only one day after his 82nd birthday. He is now reunited with his mother, father and siblings who predeceased him.
Joe is survived by his wife Mary, devoted daughters Kerry (Brian Boettger) and Leah (Kevin Ropp); and cherished grandchildren Taylor and Kyle Ropp, and Sidney and David Boettger. His family and his dogs meant everything to Joe, including spending time together at the cottage, going out for “coffee,” watching his favourite underdog sports teams, and sharing memories.
Joe made many friends along his life’s journey; including co-workers from his days as an upholsterer and fellow residents at The Foundry and Barnswallow Place.
Following Joe’s wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or funeral service.
Thank you to the staff of Barnswallow Place who took such good care of Dad, especially Lucy.
In Joe’s memory, donations to KW Humane Society or the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated, and may be made through the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira.
