Heather Joanne Tippett, aged 75, peacefully passed away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on March 9th, 2024.
Predeceased by her parents, James and Eileen King, her dear mother-in-law, Isabelle Tippett, and her father-in-law, Benjamin Tippett. Joanne is also reunited with her sisters-in-law and treasured friends, Donna, Myra and Vivian Tippett, who preceded her in passing.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 55 years, Ray Tippett, her three children; Wayne (Melissa), Steve (Shannon), Sharla (Bobby) and her adored grandchildren; Heather, Samantha, Danielle, Nicole, Brooke, Carlie, Daniel, and Amber also her precious great-grandchildren, Emilia, Elliot, and Miles. Joanne leaves behind her brothers-in-law Scott and Ben Tippett and beloved sisters-in-law Linda (Bill) Pike and Carolyn Tippett.
The family wishes to extend their deepest appreciation to the compassionate nurses and staff of Unit 7 West at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Calvary United Church, Little Catalina.
Visitation will be held at Strathie’s Funeral Home in Catalina on Wednesday March 13, from 2:00-7:00pm and again on Thursday March 14 from 12 noon – 2:00pm.
Funeral Service will follow on March 14 at 2:00pm from Calvary United Church in Little Catalina
