Peacefully on December 21, 2023 surrounded by her loving family at 84 years of age she was liberated into the arms of her loving husband LeRoy (2011) of over 50 years. Beloved mother of the late Fred (2009) Lamont (Denise), Brenda Laforet (Bill), the late Michelle Wilson (1991), Denise Kostuik (Mike) and Larry. Cherished grandmother of Christell (Shon), April (Jay), Colin, Robert (Natalie), Chad (Candice), Jennifer (Jesse), Kevin, Justin (Jody) and Jeremy. Loving great-grandmother of Dashon, Isabelle (Alec), Jasmine, Mercedes, Jayce, Cally, Justice, Ellie, Malia and Julian. Proud great-great grandmother of Daisy. Predeceased by her mother Dorothy, father Frederick and her brothers Louie and Doug. Special thank you to her nurse Sylvia, Dr. Bergeron and her Hospice care team. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice of Windsor or to the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation would be appreciated. Visiting Thursday, December 28, 2023 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Word of Remembrance will be held on Friday December 29, 2023 at 10:00am at Families First, 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
