Joan Whitrow Obituary
Joan Dolores Whitrow, late of Weyburn, SK passed away on March 23, 2024 at the age of 83 years.
She was predeceased by her parents, Reg and Florence Hockley; her brothers, Garry and Dale Hockley; sister Elizabeth Hockley; brothers-in-law: Tyke Whitrow, Poose Whitrow, Bud Whitrow, Don Whitrow, Ken Wood and Clayton Toovey; her sisters-in-law Iris Whitrow, Velma Toovey and Marilyn Whitrow.
Joan is survived by her husband Joe; her children: Bernina Whitrow, Debbie (Garry) Obst and Dennis Whitrow; grandchildren, Leah Whitrow and Aaron (Reegan) Obst; sisters-in-law: Isabel Whitrow, Sue Wood, Edna Whitrow and Myrna Hockley; brother-in-law Don Barmby; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A Service of Remembrance will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. from RD Family Funeral Chapel, Weyburn, SK with Judy Beck officiating.
Luncheon will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, 150 ~ 3rd Street, Weyburn, SK. Interment will be held at a later date at the Yellow Grass Cemetery, Yellow Grass, SK.
