James ‘Jim’ Milton Bridge of Gowanstown passed away at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Friday, October 27, 2023, in his 77th year.
Father of Jason Bridge of Waterloo, Becki Bridge & Dave Fletcher of Swan River, Manitoba, Bobbi Loughran & Bryce Taylor of Gorrie, Jon Bridge of London, and Ben Bridge & Morgan Lander of London, and remembered by their mother Diane (Heinzman) Bridge.
Grandfather of Travis Fletcher, Tyler Fletcher, Cole Fletcher, Denver Loughran, Kennedy Loughran, Ede Bridge, and Ethan Bridge.
Brother of George & Sue Bridge of Palmerston, and Joan & Rick Fisk Harriston, and remembered by his many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Milton & Florence (Schneider) Bridge,
Visitation will be held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Listowel, on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. A Celebration of Jim’s life will follow at Parkview Gardens (Listowel Legion) from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.
Interment in Harriston Cemetery.
Memorial donations to Listowel Memorial Hospital Foundation or St. Paul’s Lutheran Church would be appreciated, and may be made through the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel.
