At his home in St. Jean sur Richelieu on Friday, June 30, 2023. Jean-Paul Miron of St. Jean sur Richelieu; formerly of Alexandria; age 73 years. Loving father of Mélanie Miron (Dominic Paillé), and Éric Miron (Sara Doutreloux-Lemieux) both of Sherbrooke, Quebec. Cherished grandfather of Florence & Émile Paillé and Léanne & Sophie Miron. Dear brother of Pierre Miron (Gisèle Roy) of Riviere Beaudette, Monique Levac (Robert) of Alexandria and Gisèle Jolicoeur (Michael) of Long Sault. Predeceased by his parents Rolland and Laurette Miron (nee Ménard); brother Claude Miron and sister Muriel Gervais (Gaston). Funeral arrangements under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772). Friends and relatives may attend a graveside service with burial of cremated remains in cimétiere Sacré-Coeur, Alexandria on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 11 am. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Jean-Paul a tree will be planted in a memory woods. A tree grows-memories live.
