We announce the passing of our father, welcomed into eternal life and reunited with the love of his life Ruth-Anne (née Beausoleil) on March 23, 2023 at 85 years of age.
Jean-Claude (John) was born in Lévis, Québec on December 20, 1937 to Irma (née Boucher) and Georges Bégin. Loving father of Claude and wife Mary, Renée and husband Michael Alexander. He will be sadly missed his dog Beau.
Proud Papa of Michael Bégin, Nathalie Bégin (Chris Scarfone), Samantha Alexander (Mathieu La Rocque) and Nicolle Alexander. Precious grand-papa to Deegan.
Cher frère à Richard (Louise), Roger (Thérèse) et Michel (feu Huguette). Il est allé rejoindre ses frères Yvon (feu Jeannine), Jacques (feu Claude) et Robert (feu Jeannine). Oncle JC à ses nièces et neveux.
Brother-in-law of Roy (Sharon), Charles (Carol), Raymond (Carol), Dianne Roberts (late Jim), John (Diane), Carol, Philip (late Linda), Marc (Anne-Marie), Gary Pruyn, reunited with Drena Wilson (Warde), Roland (Pearl), Agnes Baillargeon (Eugene), Cecile Dowhan (Robert), Norman, Wilfred, Janice Pruyn and sister-in-law Diane.
Son-in-law of Louis and Elmire (née Savoie) Beausoleil. Uncle Jean-Claude to many nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation Saturday April 1, 2023 from 9:30 am until the time of the Memorial Service at 11:30 am at FAMILIES FIRST, 1065 Lauzon Rd., East Windsor, 519-969-5841. Interment Ste. Anne’s Cemetery on a later date.
