James «Jim» Kelly Obituary
Jim passed away peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, in his 78th year, surrounded by love. Devoted father of Lisa Kelly and Julie Wilson (Troy), and grandfather of Avery and Brody. Loving brother of Pat Kelly (Margaret), Corrine LeBlanc (Larry), Bob Kelly (Mary), Denise Buchanan and Paul Kelly (Catherine). Jim is predeceased by his parents Arthur and Dorothy (nee Donovan) Kelly, sister Joanne Lozon and brother-in-law Ron Buchanan. Jim will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews, special friend Phyllis, and all who knew him. Jim’s family wish to thank all the staff in the Palliative Care Unit at PRHC for their care and compassion. In keeping with Jim’s wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be a Memorial Service held at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Road, on Sunday, April 14, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. followed by a light luncheon. In memory of Jim, donations to the PRHC Palliative Care Unit or the Peterborough Humane Society would be greatly appreciated by the family and can be made; along with expressions of condolence, at www.highlandparkfuneralcentre.com
