It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of James Fermin Alonso on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at Cardinal Abrozic Houses of Providence in his 90th year with family by his side. Much loved husband of Romana for 63 years. Beloved father of Jaime (Carol) and Veronika (Bruce). Grandfather to Cameron (Eden) and Katie (Charlie). Dear younger brother to Juanito (Pili) in Spain. A relative to family in Canada and Spain. He enjoyed traveling throughout the globe with family and friends from both Canada and Spain. A son, brother, friend, cousin, uncle, and especially a grandfather.
