Peacefully, on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Port Perry, at age 81. Isabel (nee McMillan), beloved wife of the late Aubrey Carson of Sunderland. Loved mother of Jim (Joy), Ken (Kathy Moor), and June (Greg Falconer). Devoted grandmother of Brendan, Andrew, Nolan, Cassidy, and Abbey. Loving daughter of the late Archie and Jean McMillan. Dear sister of Shirley Tremeer (Jim) and the late Bruce McMillan (late Lois & late Lynne). Isabel will be missed by her nieces and nephews. Special thanks to her niece Teresa for her visits, Dr. Hadden for his care over the last few years, her PSW’s (Debbie, Diane, Bill and Tammy) who helped her remain in her home and the staff at the Port Perry Hospital for their tender care at the end.
The Family of Isabel Carson will receive friends at the THORNE FUNERAL HOME, «Sunderland Chapel», 98 River Street in Sunderland (705-432-2672) on Friday, May 3rd from 1 – 2 p.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel at 2 p.m. Private interment McNeil Cemetery, Wick.
