Scoudouc, NB – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Michel Poirier, 62, surrounded by his family on March 6th, 2023 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton.
Born in Montreal, he was the son of Albert Poirier and Lise Chayer.
Besides his parents, Michel will be sadly missed by his wife, Helene Savoie; his three children: Mylene Savoie-Poirier (Cecile) of Quebec, Maxime Savoie-Poirier of Brandon, MB, and Audrey Savoie-Poirier of Dieppe, NB; his two brothers: Daniel (Yanesty) of Saint-Jérôme, QC, and Patrick (Annie) of Saint-Maurice, NB; his four grandchildren: Logan, Jacob, Eli, and Charlie; the mother of his grandchildren, Anne-Frederique; as well as many other family members and many friends.
As per Michel’s wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral service.
