REEDS, Ila Ferne (née Hanna) – Entered into rest at Victoria Manor on Friday, December 8, 2023, at the age of 91. Ila was the beloved wife to the late Norm for 68 years, who recently passed away in June. Loving Mom to Carol Davidson (the late Howard), Anne Snow (Dennis), Stephen Reeds (DongYan) and David Reeds. Cherished Grandma to Jenn Davidson-Ralph (Matt), Michelle Davidson-Baker (Ron), Stephanie Davidson (Mark); Jason Hobbs, Joey Stryde (Melanie), Lindsay Snow-Stewart (Brian), the late Adam Snow (Shannon); Tyler Reeds, Alyssa Reeds, Kianna Reeds; and Ashlyn Reeds. Great-Grandma to Caydence and Sophia Ralph; Paige Baker; Anne-Marie and Gracie-Mae Hobbs; Lachlan, Cashel, and Matilda Snow-Stewart; Jack, Nash, and Lily Snow. Dear sister to Audrey Veenhof (the late John), and predeceased by her sister, Jean Wilson (Les), and brother, Ted Hanna (survived by Ann). Ila will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Visitation will take place at the Stoddart Funeral Home, 24 Mill Street, Lindsay on Friday, December 15th from 12:00pm until time of funeral service in the chapel at 1:00pm. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery. If desired, a memorial donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
