It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Harvey Victor Cluett of Garnish announces his passing. Harvey passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre, Burin on Monday, October 16th, 2023, at the age of 84.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are his wife, Linda of 61 years; daughter, Tracey Lomond (Brian) of Creston South; sons, Perry Cluett (Wanda) of Garnish, Samuel Cluett (Sandra) of Garnish and Derek Cluett (Lee) of Garnish; grandchildren, Victoria (Kyle), Joshua (Brittany), Kelsey (Brock) and Jason; great-grandson, Carter; uncle, Clyde Day of Garnish; sisters-in-law, Joyce Cooper (Sandy) of Burin and Eileen Caines (John) of Burin; plus a large circle of family and friends.
Harvey was predeceased by his parents, Samuel & Nellie Cluett and parents-in-law, Onslow & Martha Grandy.
Harvey leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will forever live in the hearts of those who knew him. Whether it was at the cabin with his wife Linda, moose hunting with his 3 sons or berry picking with his daughter, Harvey always enjoyed what life gave him.
The Cluett Family will be accepting visitors at Salvation Army Citadel, Garnish on

Funeral Service will take place at the Salvation Army Citadel, Garnish on Saturday, October 21st, 2023 at 2:00 pm. Interment to follow at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Garnish.
The Cluett Family would like to thank the Dr. Young at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital. Thanks to Dr. Moulton, Dr. McCarthy and the nurses and staff at the Burin Peninsula Health Centre for the wonderful care received.
In Harvey’s memory, in-lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army Cemetery Fund, Garnish.
