It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Frank at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Saturday October 21, 2023, Frank (Francis) Charles McDougald; at the age of 80 years after a long battle with COPD. Frank was the son of the late Archie McDougald and Florence O’Neil. Beloved companion of Karen McCray and her family. Dear brother of Donald (Denise) McDougald of Cornwall. Also survived by granddaughters Amberlyn and Brynn of Cornwall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sons Scott (Jennifer) and Wayne McDougald, sister Mary Ann McDougald and brothers Joe, Doug and Ronald McDougald. In keeping with Frank’s wishes, no funeral will be held. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main Street South, Alexandria, ON (613-525-2772). As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Lung Association would be greatly appreciated.
