God called Francesco home peacefully on Tuesday, September 19th, 2023 at the age of 88. He will be sorrowfully missed by his loving wife of 53 years, Enrica. Francesco was a devoted father to Lorraine, Monique (Richard), and Sonia. He was a treasured Nonno to Ava, Quinn, Isabelle, and Chloe. Francesco was a beloved brother to Almerigo (Mary), Antonio (Brenda), Marilena (Mario (d.)), Anna (Aldo (d.)), Silvano (d.) (Emilia (d.)), Lorenzo (d.) (Bertila), Giorgio (Esterina), and brother-in-law to Giovanna (Silvano (d.)), and Irene (d.) (Luigi). He will be held dear in the hearts of family and friends alike.
If so desired, in memory of Francesco donations may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada or Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus Association of Canada.
Visitation will take place at DeMarco Funeral Home – Woodbridge Chapel (8003 Weston Road, Woodbridge, On. Tel: 905-850-9500) on Friday, September 22nd from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. & 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Padre Pio Parish (5500 Major Mackenzie Dr., Kleinburg, On.) on Saturday, September 23rd at 9:30am. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (7300 Highway #27, Woodbridge, On.)
