Passed peacefully away, Florence Georgina Piercey, age 78.
Predeceased by her parents Oswald and Mabel Elliott, parents-in-law Nelson and Georgina Piercey, and her fur babies Blackie and Levi.
Left to mourn are her loving husband Nelson of 55 years, sons Roger (Sherry) and Brian (Darrin), her two precious granddaughters Chelsey (Ryan) and Jennifer (Terrance) who were the light of her life, a large circle of relatives and friends, and her fur babies Joey, Milo, and Lucky.
Her family would like express a sincere thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff at James Peyton Memorial Regional Health Centre Respiratory Department and Medical Unit, as well as Dr. Douglas Angel and staff at the Head and Neck Surgery Department, St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, and Mary Brown, Community Health Nurse.
Keeping with Florence’s wishes cremation has taken place.
There will be no visitations. Private service to be held at Stacey’s Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
