Obituary of Fernand Joseph Williams
Peacefully, with his family at his side, on Saturday, December 16th, 2023 at Bluewater Health, Sarnia, Fernand Joseph “Chico” Williams of Wyoming passed away at the age of 69.
Lovingly remembered by his wife and best friend Joanne (Donkers) and his daughter Nicole Campbell (Mark).
Dear brother of Marie (Renald) Bégin, Guy Williams (Carrie), Gisèle (John) Dam, Janice (Lonnie) Cope, Rheal Williams and Leonard Williams (Lisa). Survived by his mother-in-law Mary Donkers. Dear brother-in-law of Audrey Herbstreit (Jerry Kelly), Willy Neely (Bruce), Rob Donkers (Sue), Rick Donkers, Ted Donkers and Gerry Donkers.
Chico was the beloved uncle and great uncle of many adoring nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by his dear friends Ritchie and Jan Worsley.
Predeceased by his parents Gerard and Lina Williams and his father-in-law Tony Donkers.
Chico will be remembered by his many friends and neighbours in Wyoming and area as an avid car enthusiast and as a man who took great pride in cutting grass for the town of Plympton-Wyoming. A special thanks to Bridget Brush and Monique McGahan for their care and compassion for Chico. They were his special angels.
A celebration of Chico’s life will take on Sunday, July 14th, 2024 at the Kerrigan Farm in Plympton-Wyoming. If desired, memorial contributions to St. Joseph’s Hospice, Sarnia would be appreciated as your expression sympathy.
