Peacefully, with courage and dignity on January 26, 2024, Erev Shabbat. Beloved wife of the late Paul Natanson. Proud and loving mother and mother-in-law of Tony and Mona, Rimona and Adi. Adoring and cherished grandmother of Robin and Robyn, Emil, Alex and Marla, and great grandmother of Zoey and Ari. Dear aunt of Jose and Mila, Olga and Lee, Iulian and Eva. Felicia will be missed dearly by all who knew her and her memory will live in us.
Fely overflowed with love for her family and friends. She was an accomplished engineer, deeply respected by her peers. She loved to travel and to challenge herself to grow and learn. Her last years were physically difficult but she met them with determination and a fighting spirit.
She made it a point to befriend everyone she met, and was a beloved member of the Waldorf community where people sought her company. We are grateful for the wonderful caregivers Ying, Pilar and Yolly who so lovingly helped her daily, the Waldorf staff who gave her such a welcoming community, the entire team at the Dialysis Unit of the Jewish General Hospital who tirelessly managed her care for the last nine years, and to the Doctors, Nurses, and Staff of the Cardiology and Palliative Care teams.
Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. On Monday, January 29 at 12:00 noon. Burial at the Memorial Park Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at The Waldorf – reception room (7400 chemin de la Côte St-Luc) Monday following burial until 4:00 p.m., services from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The remainder of shiva will be strictly private.
