Obituary
It is with heartfelt sorrow that Keely Vincent announces the passing of her mother, Fay Christine Vincent (McGuinty) at Cassellholme, February 6, 2023 at the age of 72 years.
Dearly loved daughter of Angie McGuinty and Maurice McGuinty Sr (deceased). Predeceased by both Maurice Jr (deceased) and survived by sister-in-law Heather of North Bay; Colleen McGuinty (deceased). Survived by sisters Karen Sarlo of North Bay and Allyson McGuinty of Miami; survived by brothers Conway of London, Grant of North Bay, Darin of Ottawa, and Everett (wife Suengwan) of Kingston. Fay was loved by her many nieces and nephews.
Fay was a bank teller at RBC for many years before changing careers, working in the account branch at the MTO. She then returned to school to become a teacher assistant working with autistic children, which was her true passion. Fay grew up as the eldest of 9 children and will be dearly missed. She loved the outdoors, gardening and nature walks. Fay had a great passion for helping the elderly and had a heart so full of love.
On behalf of Fay’s family, we kindly thank the staff of Cassellholme for their kindnesss, compassion, patience and love for our dear daughter/mother/sister Fay. Arrangements entrusted to McGuinty Funeral Home.
If desired, donations to the CHEO Autism Program would be gratefully appreciated by the family. Online condolences can be made at www.mcguintyfuneralhome.com
