Ernest Bartlett of Marysvale passed away suddenly at the age of 75 on February 28,2024.
Predeceased by parents John and Patience Anne (nee Lush), sisters Mary and Elizabeth (Joseph),brothers George and James.
Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 50 years Bernice; sons Gerard (Joanne) & Ernie (Amie); daughter in-law Roxanne; grandchildren Carson, MacKenzie (Lucas), Jaxon, & Rodney; step grandchildren Ava & Evan Buckle. Siblings Wilf (Letti), John, & Cynthia; special Friends Kevin Bartlett & Max Dalton. As well as nieces, nephews ,cousins and friends.
«Ern» for those who knew him, was a gentil soul and a man of usually few words; But would never shy away from a good chat. Ern was able to light up a room with laughter and stories. He had a big heart but didn’t always want to show it. He was surrounded by people that loved him, and in his sudden passing, you cherish the memories you have.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation to take place on Saturday, March 9,2024, from 2pm-9pm, Sunday, March 10,2024 from 10 am-1:30pm.
Funeral to take place from Anglican Church of the Resurrection, South River on Sunday, March 10,2024 at 2pm.
