God called Edward “Eddie” peacefully on July 3, 2024, at the age of 61. He is reunited in Heaven with his beloved Rita, and parents, Anita and Osvaldo. He will be forever missed by his loving partner, Lorena. Cherished by his dear children, Ozzie (Oasis), Alannah (Vassko), Edward, Cristina (Davide), Michael, and Natalie. Eddie will always be remembered by his siblings, Albert (Michelle), and Theresa (Rocco). Proud Zio to his nieces and nephews, Sara (Cale), Jonathan, Santino, and Bianca. He will be held dear in the hearts of his mother-in-law, Maria (late Giovanni), and brother-in-laws, Camillo and Matteo. Eddie filled this life full of music, anything BMW, adventure, his beautiful children, generous without a fault, wanting everyone and everything to be “MINT”. If so desired, donations in memory of Eddie may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Sunday, July 7th, 2024, from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, July 8th, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. at St. David’s Roman Catholic Church (2601 Major Mackenzie Dr., east of Jane St.). Entombment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery (on Jane St, north of Steeles Ave).
