Douglas Bryan Wilson, of Owen Sound, transitioned from earth to a better life in heaven, on Sunday, May 5, 2024, in his 83 year.
Doug was a committed husband and father, and will be missed by his wife Barbara (Gostick) Wilson, and their children; Eric Wilson & Hala, Norma Toumayan, Linda Lowe & Roger, Brenda Beaton, and Lois Wilson.
Proud grandfather of Josiah (Rebecca), Rebecca & David, Trevor & Bernice, Nekoda & Monica, Samuel (Alana), Jason, Adriel, Edward (Lovie), Kyle, Makeda & Brandy, and Gina. Great grandfather of Amy, Ariella, and Scarlet.
Survived by his brother William Wilson and sister Joyce Darling & Douglas. Predeceased by his parents Bryan & Rose, brother George Wilson & Margaret, and two grandsons: Donald and Dillon.
Douglas was born on November 12, 1941; he farmed and then ran his own business, Doug’s Handyman Service, for over 40 years.

Following a private graveside gathering, a Celebration of Life will be held at Rockcliffe Pentecostal Church on June 15, 2024 from 2 to 4pm.
Donations may be made to Grey Bruce Hospice (Chapman House).
