Peacefully on Monday, March 4, 2024, in her ninety-sixth year. Beloved wife of the late Gerald. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Paula Wise, Ricki and Gerald Luger. Cherished Bubbie of David and Stephanie Luger, Danny and Alexandra Luger. Proud great-grandmother of Max, Gabe and Rafi Luger; and Siena Luger. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Ernie and Helene Fallen, Murray and Pearl Fallen; and sister-in-law of the late Vicki and the late Morrie Salzedo, the late Abie and the late Rose Wise, and the late Mindel. Dorothy will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to Violet, Angie, Gloria, Cherry and Yvonne for their care and devotion, and to the exceptional staff of Mount Sinai Palliative Care for their kindness and compassion. Graveside service on Friday, March 8 at 1:00 p.m. at the Beth Israel Gardens Memorial Park Section, Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Duvernay. The family wishes to observe shiva in the strictest of privacy.
