Dorothea Frances Jensen (Luhning), late of Regina, SK, passed away peacefully on June 8, 2024, at the age of 67 years. Dorothea was predeceased by her parents Herbert and Mabel Luhning. She was also predeceased by her sisters Barb Demyen, Terry Francis and brother Carl Luhning. Dorothea is survived by her spouse Richard Jensen; mother Keitha Parisian; siblings Arvid Luhning, Laurel Luhning, Chess, Mona Griffin, Simone Griffin; her daughters Angela Jensen (Dustin Gibson), Colleen (Scott) Harvey, Kerry Jensen and her step-daughter Carrie Lynn Rattie; her grandchildren Trinity and Jadyn daughters of Angela and Dustin, Keagen, Jaxton and Ryker sons of Colleen and Scott Harvey and Ezmera, Callum and Atticus daughter and sons of Kerry Jensen as well as Xavier, Tiara and Ashton sons and daughter of Carrie Lynn Rattie; along with her great-grandchildren Scarlett and Royal and numerous nieces and nephews.
Dot loved fishing, camping and bingo. She was always making sure to take time for family and friends. Dot always wanted to keep in close contact with her relatives and spend time with her grandchildren making memories. Anyone who met Dot always ended up with good memories. She was a Daddy’s girl and loved to follow her father Herbert around like she was his shadow. Dot was a caring person with a big heart who left an impression on all those around her and she always showed her determined stubborn side all the way to the very end.
Family feast will take place at their home on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, starting at 5:00 p.m.
