Doris Rosenberg died peacefully in her home on March, 22, 2023. She was born in Penetanguishene, Ontario in September 1926. She was married to the love of her life and her business partner Morris for 57 years. Doris had a long rich life filled with joy and was full of energy for her whole life. She enjoyed her family, her business affairs and always stayed busy. She came of age in the thirties, loved nothing more than the spark of a business deal. Later became a land developer for commercial business. She was an incredibly sharp business woman, who learned the ropes through trial and error. She had the most incredible memory, always remembering all of her 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren’s birthdays. Doris was one of a kind and she will be missed. She has many loving descendants. Doris is survived by her children Judy Spellman and Andrew Ang, Paula and Martin Wintraub, Karen and Herb Willer, Steven Rosenberg and Terry Wintonyk, and Beverley Rosenberg. Her grandchildren Jeffrey Spellman, Suzanne Spellman, Kyle and Nikki Spellman, Andrew and Alana Wintraub, Stacey and Robert Adam, Melissa and Oren Borovitch, Kaley and Andrew Clarfield, Russell Willer and Jessica Rogers, Kevin Willer and Sara Finkelstein and her great grandchildren Benny, Erica, Izzy, Liam, Tommy, Harry, Penny, Myles, Cohen, Hendrix, Karis, Judah and Nathan, Briella and Callum, whom she loved dearly and for whom she always had sound advice. A strong and determined person to the very end. We would also like to acknowledge the incredible care of Dr Jordan Elmalem with the Temmy Latner Palliative team. Her wonderful caregivers Emelyn, Lizzel, Mabel, Cindy, Prima and Emy. There will never be another Doris Rosenberg. May her cherished memory be a blessing for all who knew and loved her.
