Obituary of Don Blaney
Donald William Blaney born January 2, 1946, in St. Stephen, NB, loving husband of Judy Blaney, has passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, February 28,2023.
He is survived by his wife Judy of 53 years, sons; Paul, Mike (Stacy), Dereck (Leanne), granddaughters; Stephanie and Courtney, and many grand fur babies. He is also, survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Don worked at CP Rail, delivery driver for Kennebecasis Drugs. He was a member of the Kennebecasis Lions Club, leader for Scouts, soccer coach and many other activities. We would like to thank Dr. Hall, Extra Mural, Dr. Mackin, and all the nurses in palliative care.
In keeping with Don’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Arrangements are under the care of Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis (506-849-2119). Donations can be made to Diabetes Canada, Heart and Stroke of NB, SJRH Foundation (Level 1) in care of 5BN, PCU, or SPCA.
