Passed peacefully away with his family at his bedside on November 11, 2023 at Lakeside Homes Gander, NL, Donald Sweetapple of Glovertown, aged 96 years.
Predeceased by his parents Nelson & Winnifred Sweetapple of Glovertown; wife of 72 years Louise;
Siblings Maisie, Robert, Leonard and Kate; brothers in law Ralph and Norman; sister in law Daisy.
Left of mourn with cherished memories are daughter Judy Gover (Kevin), sons Don (Linda) and Terry (Brenda); sister Genevieve; sister in law Geraldine.
Eight grandchildren Lesley (Darren), Ashley, Michael (Ashley), Christopher (Jessica), Laura (Zach), Charlotte (Tyler), Nicholas (Hailey) and Courtney (Kevin).
Eight great grandchildren Gracie, Kaitlyn, Taylor, Kyle, Greydon, Grady, Rose and August.
And a large and loving circle of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at Oram’s Funeral Home Glovertown.
Celebration of Life Service will take place on Wednesday November 15, 2023 at 2 pm at Faith Untied Church Glovertown.
Service will be live streamed to Oram’s Funeral Homes Facebook Page.
In lieu of flowers, donations are being gratefully accepted to Faith united Church 55 Main St North, Glovertown, NL A0G 2L0.
