It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our dear mother Diane. Mom has been reunited with the love of her life Frank (2007). Diane loved her children Laura (Rob), Christopher (Marcie) and Patrick (Vicki). Predeceased by her parents Phylis and William Grunow. Also predeceased by her brother Bob, (late Rose, Norma, Hilde) and survived by her brother Jack (late Linda) She will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephew, friends and neighbours.
She was a woman of many talents, which she gladly shared with all. Included among them were sewing, knitting, baking and being an amazing cook, just to mention a few. Diane’s love of animals was foremost, especially dogs.
We would like to thank the doctors and staff at St Joseph’s Hospital and the incredible team at Emmanuel House Hospice. In lieu of flowers, donations to SPCA would be greatly appreciated.
Visitation will be held at Friscolanti Funeral Chapel (43 Barton St. E) on Thursday December 14, 2023 from 11-1 pm with a funeral service taking place after in the funeral home chapel beginning at 1pm. Entombment will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Burlington.
