Arthur, David “Murray” (December 3, 1948 – August 28, 2024)
David “Murray” Arthur passed peacefully at home surrounded by family on August 28th at the age of 75, after a courageous fight against cancer. Murray was born and raised on his family’s dairy farm outside of Norwich to Gordon and Lillian (Poole) where he truly treasured his time spent with his family, his cows, nature and his community. Murray was often a man of few words and was a great observer and listener. He was the best at finding lost objects and would always step in to help fix something. He is survived by his three children Monica (Shawn) of Ottawa, Daniel of Delhi and Andrew of Ottawa, his three grandchildren Holden, Paige and Autumn of Ottawa, and former wife Louise Andrew of Kemptville. He was a great father and an even better grandfather who is already deeply missed.

In keeping with Murray’s expressed wishes, cremation has taken place and a private ceremony will be held in his honour.
