Obituary
Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre, on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, after a lengthy illness, at the age of 49.
Predeceased by his parents Margaret (Dean) and Frank Chislett; brother Wayne; grandparents Samuel and Lily Mae Dean and Bloomfield and Jane Chislett; Aunt Pearl; and Uncle Charles.
Leaving to mourn are his wife of 24 years, Loretta Chislett; sister Cindy Annette (Chislett) Lee; nephew Albert Lee (Kelsey); great nieces and nephew Autumn, Hunter, and Scarlett; Uncle Lionel Dean and family, Uncle David Dean and family, Aunt Grace Coates and family, Uncle Ivan Chislett and family; step-son Anthony; as well as a large circle of other relatives and church family and friends. David will be missed by all that knew him.
Cremation has taken place.
A celebration of David’s life will take place from The Church of The Epiphany, Heart’s Delight, on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at 2:00 pm. Interment to follow at St. Matthew’s Anglican Cemetery, Heart’s Delight.
