David Bradford
1948-2024
Following a period of failing health, David Buddy Bradford of Plaster
Rock, NB, passed away peacefully at the Upper River Valley Hospital on
the evening of November 4, 2024.
David was born in Plaster Rock, NB, on May 26, 1948. He was the son of
the late Buddy and Margaret (Simpson) Bradford. David leaves behind
the mother of his children, Betty Bradford (Christensen); his
children, Marsha Bradford (Kyle) of Enterprise, NB, Stacy Bradford of
Plaster Rock, NB, and Marnie Bradford of Red Rapids, NB; his eight
grandchildren, Billy, Toby (Stacey), Alex (Beth), Olivia (Zach),
Tristen (Katelyn, Cole, Josh, and Lena; his six great grandchildren,
Wyatt, Braelyn, Layne, Jarren, Kohen, and Hayes; his brothers, Leonard
«Billy» Bradford (Patty) of Plaster Rock, NB, Jim Bradford
(Janet) of Wetiskwin, AB.
David was predeceased by his parents; his great granddaughter, Ensley
Ann Rossignol.
Dad was a resident of the Three Brooks Villa and a special thank you
to Kelly and all the staff for the amazing care given to him. Thank
you also to Dr. Barry Wecker, the doctors and nurses at Hotel Dieu St.
Joseph Hospital and the Upper River Valley Hospital.
A celebration of David’s life will be held at the Royal Canadian
Legion in Plaster Rock, NB, on Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 1-4
pm. All are welcome to attend. Interment will be in the Plaster Rock
Community Cemetery at a later date.
For those who wish, memorial donations to the NB Heart and Stroke
foundation or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the
family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home,
Perth-Andover and Plaster Rock, NB.
