Daniel Francis Patrie of Walford, Ontario, peacefully passed away at Extendicare Countryside, Sudbury, on October 18, 2024 at the age of 74 years.
Beloved husband of the late Brenda Jean Patrie (Gagan). Son of the late Paul and late Rose Patrie. Loving father of the late Bryan (Jamie) and Christopher Brent (Lisa) of Val Thérèse. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren; Brandon, Emma, Brooke, Gregory and Morgan. Dear brother of Jack Patrie (Joanne) of Elliot Lake, Gordon (Carol), Donald (Debbie), Jim (Bonnie), late Raymond Sr. (Jackie) all of Massey, Joe (Laura) of Wahnapitae and late Billy. Special brother-in-law to the Gagans and uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Danny loved fishing, hunting, trapping and enjoyed being outdoors. He was happiest when at camp on Mink Lake.
The family would like to thank the staff of Elliot Lake Hillside Park and the staff at Extendicare Countryside for caring for him during this time.
In keeping with his wishes there will be no visitation or service. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
He will forever be loved and missed. xo
