Obituary
It is with heavy hearts the family of Curling Bennett announce his passing at the Western Long Term Care in Corner Brook, NL on Sunday, November 17th,2024 surrounded by his family who dearly loved him.
Leaving to mourn his loss are his sister Cora Caines (Clarence), brother William Payne (Brenda), sister Diana Payne (Dion), step-brother Frazer Bennett (Marie) and step-sister Alice Payne. 4 nephews; Jamie, Clary, Chris and Shane. 1 niece & caregiver Wanda who was like a daughter to him.
Curling was predeceased by his parents Enos and Edna Payne. His grandparents who raised him Walter and Mary Elizabeth Bennett and grandparents William Thomas and Eunice Belle Payne. Step-sisters; Ruth Payne (George), Annie Bennett (Eddie), nephew Danny and niece Tara Payne.
In keeping with Curling’s wishes cremation will take place.
The celebration of life will be held at Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel on Friday, November 22nd,2024 at 11am with Father Anthony officiating. Inurnment will follow at the family plot in St. Paul’s.
