It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Carl on August 22, 2024, at the age of 91. He was predeceased by his much-loved wife, Mary, and survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Carl was born and raised on a family farm in the Netherlands. He immigrated to Canada in the 1950s where he made a life, married, and raised his children. Carl coached baseball and soccer for many years in Richmond and then travelled the world with Mary before and after retiring from Air Canada. Carl requested no service.
