Christopher Dexter Obituary
It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Christopher David Dexter, which occurred on Sunday, September 8th, 2024. Born on September 30th, 1972, in Saint John, he is the son of Mike and Audrey (Arseneault) Dexter. Chris worked as Mechanic. He enjoyed four-wheeling, Thirsty Thursdays with his buddies and Sunday Night Jamboree. He loved to dance and he was known for his Michael Jackson impression. Chris would help anyone in need and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Chris is survived by his loving and devoted wife Shelley (Beshara) of 31 years; sons Christopher Beshara (Jessica Ring) of Saint John; Nathan Beshara (Kristy Logan) of Willow Grove; grandson Rowin Dexter Ring; sisters Sabrina Dexter (Cory Brewster) of Kinston Peninsula, Tabitha Dexter of Saint John; mother-in-law Corine Baxter (Curtis Peters) of Alabama; father-in-law James Beshara (the late Amber) of Saint John; sisters-in-law Pauline Loughery (Kevin) of Tynemouth Creek, Cherie Thorne (Doug) of Saint John; brother-in-law Justin Beshara (Kelly) of Alberta; as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (506-646-2424). In keeping with Chris’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A private Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. Donations in memory of Chris, may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
