With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Cecil Roxray Ellerton Smith, who left us at the age of 90 Cecil journey through life was marked by his vibrant spirit, boundless kindness, and unwavering strength. He departed this world on September 23, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
Cecil was the beloved Husband of Mervylin Smith, dear father, grand father and great grand father. He was a devoted brother to his brother and sister. His surviving siblings will always remember him with fondness and admiration. Their lives were enriched by his presence, and his absence leaves a void that will never be filled.
Cecil was a loving uncle to his nieces and nephews, each of whom held a special place in his heart. His affection and guidance will be missed deeply by his cousins, uncle, extended church family and many friends who were fortunate to know him.
His warmth, generosity, and compassion touched many lives, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind. Cecil’s legacy will endure through the countless lives his influenced and the love he shared.
A visitation will be held at Faith United Ministries – 24 Densley Ave, North York, ON M6M 2R1, on Saturday, October 19th, 2024 from 8:30am – 10:30am.
A Funeral service to honor Cecil life and legacy will be held at Faith United Ministries, 24 Densley Ave, North York, ON M6M 2R1), on Saturday October 19th, 2024 at 10:30 am.
Cecil will be remembered not just for the time he spent with us, but for the love and joy he brought into our lives. May he rest in peace, and may we all find solace in the beautiful memories he leaves behind.
