With the heaviest of hearts, we announce that Carol Elizabeth Ross, passed peacefully on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at the age of 84. Carol was known by her many friends around Sombra for her kindness, generosity, and trusting spirit. She was also recognized for the blankets she lovingly sewed, and the garments she crocheted and knitted. Carol has now been reunited with her beloved Harry ‘Doc’ Ross and will forever be cherished by her children Terry (Bev) Ross, Tim Ross, Sherry (Brian) Rowley and Doug Ross. She is the proud grandma of Shannon (Brian), Terry Jr (Sara), Shane (Emma), Breanna and great grandmother of Morgan, Mackenzie and Brady, Nathan, Chloe, Kyla and Nova. Carol was the only daughter of Ted Beazley and Evelyn Beazley and will be fondly remembered as a dear sister-in-law. Missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Haycock-Cavanagh Funeral Home, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg (519-627-3231). She will be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery during a private family service. If you wish to make a donation in her memory, please consider the Sacred Heart Food Bank.
