It is with much sadness that we announce on behalf of his family, the death of Burns Edgar Rockwell of Waterville NB, on Thursday May 4, 2023, at the Upper River Valley Hospital at the age of 86.
Born on August 29, 1936, to the Late Mary Rockwell in Cape Breton Nova Scotia.
Burns is survived by daughters Bonnie Marie Rockwell and Cynthia D Rockwell, grand children Robert (Bobbie)Burns Acheson (Amy), Jeremy Paul Acheson, Gregory Jordan Acheson, Great grandchildren, Jade, Kieara, Easton, Konnor, Avery, Siblings, Rita Lawrence, Jeannie Anderson (John), Johnny Rockwell (Barb) and Joanne Yerxa (Chris), Stepchildren, Kevin Barnard, Brenda Shepherd, Craig Barnard (Fran), Many step grandchildren and step great grandchildren. Chosen brother Brian Mason (Joyce) as well as many Nieces and Nephews.
Besides his mother Mary, he was predeceased by his wife Shirley Ann Rockwell, Stepson David Barnard, son in law Larry Shepard, brother-in-law Wilmot Lawrence.
A celebration of Life will held at the Waterville Community Hall on Tuesday May 9th from 6:30 to 8:30 PM.
In Lieu of flowers, a donation to a charity of the Donor’s choice is appreciated by the family
