Elizabeth «Betty» Ann (Young) Gariepy of R.R. #3 Durham, passed away surrounded by her family, after a brief illness at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham on Thursday, February 2, 2023 in her 70th year.
Beloved wife of Michael. Cherished mother of Mark and his wife Gaylin Howell of Estero, Florida and Candice and her husband Andrew Wakeham of Flesherton. Loving grandmother of Drew, Jayden, Maddy, and Carly. Betty will be fondly remembered by her niece Barb (Frank) Webb. She was predeceased by her parents, Dominic and Annie (Ryan) Young.
Private family services will be held. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Durham Hospital Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
