NICKERSON, Beatrice Ardella – 76, of Clam Point, passed away on February 11, 2024, at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital, Yarmouth. Born at Clam Point on May 16, 1947, she was a daughter of the late Austin and Jessie (Ross) Quinlan. Beatrice greatly enjoyed time spent outside when she could enjoy the weather. She kept in very close touch with her family and loved to call her sisters on the phone. She was an avid shopper and she absolutely loved Christmas (especially The Grinch!). She is survived by her partner, Kenny Nickerson; children, Connie (Frank) Ryer, Selena (Curtis) Foster, John (Bridgett) Nickerson, Gary (Tanya) Nickerson; siblings, Dolly (Randy), Judy, Holly (Wayne), Diane (Ervin), Rickey (Trudy), Adam (Laurie); eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her siblings, Joann, David; and granddaughters, Jessika, and Amanda. There will be a visitation held, Wednesday, from 6-8 pm at the H. M. Huskilson’s Memorial Chapel, Barrington, where the funeral service will take place, Thursday, February 15, 2 pm. Interment to follow in the Atlantic Cemetery, Stoney Island.
