Obituary of Audrey Madge Thorne
Passed peacefully away after a lengthy illness on February 28, 2023, Audrey Madge Thorne at the age of 69 years. She is predeceased by her parents, Clement and Madge Thorne, brothers Calvin and Dick Thorne, and sisters Barb and Mildred Thorne. She leaves to mourn her son David (Natasha Jenkins) Thorne, daughters Angela Thorne, Audrey (Gerard Keffont) Thorne Jr., Susanne Thorne and Wanda-Lee Thorne. Also left to mourn sisters Gerline, Rosey and Marina; and brother, David; 13 grandchildren Xena, Susanne, Cody, Draper, Marina, Sydney, Karissa, Haidyn, Sophie, Alexsandra, Alaura, Clem and Landyn, 4 great-grandchildren Zara, Aaralynn, Roman and Quentin, and a circle of other relatives and friends.
Audrey was a very loving and beautiful person, inside and out. When you were around our mom you always felt her genuine love. She spoke softly from her heart, and we will forever cherish the warmth and love of our dear mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She lived for her children and grand kids. All she ever wanted to be when she grew up was an amazing mother and she was our amazing mother.
Audrey loved life to the fullest. She had a beautiful way of showing her genuine side to others, and she would do anything for anyone. She enjoyed her card games, especially Gin. She loved her cup of Tetley tea, and she wouldn’t be seen without one. She loved being outside with her dog, Lucky and enjoyed the beautiful weather and soaking it all in. If her heart would allow her to live forever, she would still be here today. Lots of love to Audrey, our dear mother.
