Argiro «Soula» Kouridakis suddenly passed away at home on March 28 2024 at the young age of 48. She leaves behind her two beautiful daughters Kristina and Katie (Sydney).
Soula was big sister to Maggie (Matthew), Anthony (Robin), And Nick (Sonia). Soula loved all of her nieces and nephews as if they were her own. Leaving behind Aiden, Connor, Jack, Tessa, Ethan, Emma, John, Theo, Zoe, and Anthony Jr. Soula was a loving daughter to Patricia and late father Yannis as well as an amazing daughter in law to Harris (Marie), and Barbara. Soula unfortunately joins the stars with Katie and Kristina’s father Tim Boyd who passed away April 6 2020.
Soula was born here in Ottawa at the Civic Hospital and grew up serving tables and cooking in her father’s restaurant, «Sparklers». Soula was known by many in the neighborhood and will always be remembered as a caring, funny, loud, beautiful friend. Her main goal growing up was to always make sure her siblings were taken care of.
Soula was loud and proud, the light in any room. She would insure everyone felt loved and accepted, you never left her presence without a hug and an «I love you» and a kiss on both cheeks. She was a loving mama bear and would do anything for her kids. Soula was taken from us was too soon and will be greatly missed by all family and friends.
Soula’s celebration of life will be held at Britannia United Church, 985 Pinecrest Road on Saturday, April 13, 2024 starting at 2pm.
Any donations to help Katie and Kristina get started on their whole new life can be made to Katie or Kristina themselves.
