Peacefully at the Glengarry Memorial Hospital, on Friday, May 12, 2023. Roberta Anne Condie (nee Black) of Alexandria, formerly of Bainsville; age 84 years. Beloved husband of the late William (Bud) Condie [2009]. Loving mother of Laurie Filion (Jacques Lajoie) and Brenda Koggel (Lucian). Cherished grandmother of Riley McDonell (Hugh), Keegan Filion (Jillian Tomkin), Senna Koggel (Damon Kral) and Aiden Koggel. Proud great-grandmother to Brian McDonell. Dear sister of Judy Cameron (Donald) of Florida. Predeceased by her parents Robert ‘Bob’ Black and Edna Fourney and by son-in-law, Brian Filion. Anne will be dearly missed by the Condie Family and her friends. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main Street S., Alexandria (613) 525-2772 on Thursday, May 18, 2023 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A celebration of Anne’s life will be held at St. Andrew’s & Knox United Church, Bainsville on Friday, May 19, 2023 at 11 am. The Rev. John Noordhoff, officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Glengarry Memorial Hospital Foundation, Brian Filion Memorial Fund or St. Andrew’s & Knox United Church cemetery fund would be appreciated by the family.
