Obituary
It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Angelina (nee Rosati) on May 29, 2024 at the age of 77. She is now resting in peace with her beloved husband Luigino.
Forever loved and missed by her children Antonietta (Zaidan), Virginia (Christopher), Maria (late Michael Zajac), Amedeo (Malisa). Adored grandmother of Husayn, Jonathan (Victoria), Adam, Andrew, Nicholas, Sarah, Aiden, and Fayzeh, and great-grandmother of Zane. Dear sister to Nevia (Tony), Fiorina (late Giacomo), Anna (Azim), Clara, Dorelio (Valerie), and Greg (Silvia). Dear sister-in-law of the late Yole (late Alvaro), Mirella (late Silvano), Gianni (late Lucia) and the late Severino (Loredana). Angelina will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews and relatives and friends in Canada and Italy.
Angelina loved gardening and sharing her delicious meals and cookies with her family and friends. Angelina was an employee at Wiz A Top Linen for many years.
Thank you to the PSW’s (Paramed), Homecare Services and the palliative nurses from Saint Joseph’s Home Care who provided unconditional care and showed compassion each day.
Visitation will be held at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL on Sunday June 2, 2024 from 2p.m.-5p.m. and 6p.m.-9p.m. A Funeral Mass will take place at St. Anthony’s Church on Monday June 3, 2024 at 11a.m. with entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, in Burlington. In kindness, donations to Cancer Assistant Program (CAP) in Angelina’s memory would be greatly appreciated.
