Obituary
Stoddard Angela, age 60, of Lower Woods Harbour, Nova Scotia, passed away peacefully on September 7th, 2023 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital with family by her side. Born in Yarmouth she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Beverly Brannen.
Angela was devoted to her family, especially her husband John and daughter Christina. Angela met John in their teens and instantly connected with that connection turning into a love that has lasted over 48 years. From that love, came their only daughter Christina whom she constantly reminded to never give up on her dreams.
Angela eagerly waited each year for summer so she could spend it gardening or at the trailer relaxing in the sun. She also enjoyed a game of bingo each morning as she drank her coffee and in the afternoon she could often be found with Johnny in his barn chatting with the various friends that would visit.
Angela will be sadly missed by her loving husband, John, daughter, Christina Stoddard, sisters, Loraine Ross (Jean Guy), Saprina Brannen (Wayne), brother, Lawrence Brannen (Jane); nieces and nephews, Lynnette, Amber, Michael, Melissa, great nieces and nephews, Kaitlynne, James, Liam, Maize.
She was predeceased by her parents, Lawrence and Beverly Brannen.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, Barrington. The family will receive visitors on Sunday, September 10, 2023 from 4-6 p.m. No funeral service by request. A private committal will take place at a later date.
