At the Winchester District Memorial Hospital on Sunday, May 14, 2023. Albert Mayer (Weihrich) of Mountain, Ontario; age 73 years. Loving brother of Alfred Weihrich (Mary) of Ottawa, and Renate Weihrich (Mike Pepe) of St. Julie, Quebec. Predeceased by his parents Hermann Weihrich [2008] & Paula Weihrich (née Mayr) [2015]; and one brother Gerhard Weihrich [2014]. He is survived by many nieces & nephews. Funeral arrangements under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Apple Hill on Friday, May 26 at 1 pm. Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donation to the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Albert a tree will be planted in a memory woods.
