Russell, Ada “Ida” Lily
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Ada “Ida” Russell, on December 13, 2024 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Frank Russell (2021). Born August 20, 1934 to two loving parents, Kenneth and Christina Chaulk of NL. Ida will be missed by her loving sons John (Wendy), Frank (Tammy), Mike (LeeAnne), Mark (Terri), Tim (Dawn), Dave (Lynda), Brian (Michelle), Paul (Kelly), and her daughter Jayne (Bill). Remembered by Melody, Mary Ann, Vicky, Janie and predeceased by Maxine and Shelley. Predeceased by her siblings. Leaving behind a large well-loved circle of grandchildren, great-grandchildren who she cherished more than life itself. Ida will be fondly remembered by many extended family members and friends.
The Impact that mom had on peoples lives is too immense to put into words. The love for family was immeasurable. There are no words for the loss we feel but we know she is with dad, and they are together past eternity. Fly high with the angels mom and we know you are watching over us all with great pride.

As per Ida’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family memorial service will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Babcock Resident Council or the Salvation Army. Arrangements entrusted to DENNING’S OF STRATHROY.
